This impressive Patek Philippe Ellipse 3604 from 1974 offers a timeless design that is unmatched and in terms of elegance difficult to top. The watch is accompanied by a great full set that leaves nothing to be desired.

Patek Philippe combines excellent design and high-precision wristwatches. The great historical development of the Genevese watchmakers arouse a special fascination and enthusiasm among watch collectors. Part of this story is this elegant Patek Philippe Ellipse Jumbo.

A special thing about this reference is the big case with dimensions 36x36mm. Most Ellipse versions have smaller cases, which is why the reference 3604 is also called "Jumbo". The large 18kt case and the magical Clous de Paris dial create an impressive presence on the wrist.

This specimen dates from 1974 and is in excellent condition despite its age. The gold case has no scratches. The high-quality embossing, also called Clous de Paris, is perfect and clean. The dial has golden hour markers with black inlays and a date window at 3 o'clock. The crown is signed with the Calatrava cross.

The heart of this watch is the automatic caliber 28-255 C from Patek Philippe. Thanks to this extremely flat movement, the case is thin and light. In 2016 the watch has been serviced at Patek Philippe in Geneva.
