Rolex GMT Master 1675 - Glossy Dial

glossy dial - faded pepsi bezel

Description
This early Rolex GMT-Master 1675 with glossy dial and beautifully faded Pepsi bezel is a classic, historically important vintage watch.

Rolex developed the GMT Master in the 1950s in collaboration with Pam-Am Airlines. For the pilots, the GMT Master was an important tool that allowed to measure time in two different time zones simultaneously.

This GMT-Master from 1965 has small signs of wear for its age and is in a very good overall condition. The case has sharp edges. The patinated lume in hour indices and hands along with the faded bezel give this GMT a gorgeous vintage character. Above the "GMT-Master"-writing is a tiny little dent that is barely visible to the naked eye. Otherwise, the gloss dial is in a very good, original condition. The bezel has a little hole between 2 and 4 o'clock. But the peculiarity of this Pepsi bezel is the faded color, which is hard to replace these days. The original Rolex movement 1530 runs flawlessly in all functions. The Rolex Oyster bracelet (Ref. 7836 and end links 580) in very good condition is attached to the watch.

You will enjoy the daily wear of this Rolex GMT-Master.
