The Oyster case is in great condition with slight signs of wear and sharp edges. The screwed-on Twinlock crown is signed with the Rolex coronet. The 18k white gold fluted bezel looks amazing. The automatic Rolex movement caliber 1570 was checked and runs perfectly, keeping good time.

This Rolex Datejust 1601 is accompanied by the original 1972 Rolex Jubilee bracelet. The Rolex clasp bears the code 6251H and is stamped 3/72 (third quarter 1972). The reference of the end pieces is 55. The bracelet is in perfect condition and looks great on the wrist.

Due to the rare dial configuration and the great overall condition of the watch, this Rolex Datejust 1601 is definitely a collectable vintage watch. But that's not all. The original papers from 1972 are also available. The watch was sold on December 19, 1972 in Singapore. The matching serial number is punched in the warranty certificate.
