The Heuer Camaro has a striking look due to its pillow-shaped case. This fancy Heuer model came on the market in
1968. Jack Heuer named the new "Camaro" to create the connection with the legendary car
Chevrolet Camaro and thus strengthen the company position on the US watch market.
There are many different dial configurations of Heuer Camaro chronograph. Here we have
the rarest reference 7220NT with black dial and white accents. This black and white combination is very tastefully chosen and gives the watch a
very harmonious appearance. The original luminous material has a beautiful creamy color and is intact in the hands as well as in every single hour marker.
The brushed finish of the stainless steel case has the coveted vintage condition:
Unpolished with few natural traces of wear. The reference and serial numbers are clearly readable between the lugs. The heart of this chronograph is the legendary
Valjoux 72 manual wound movement. It has been thoroughly checked. All functions run smoothly.
This beautiful Heuer Camaro 7220NT is a
rare vintage watch with a
sought after movement and is in an
exceptionally good original condition.
