The vintage chronograph Heuer Silverstone was named after the famous racetrack in the UK - the Silverstone Circuit. The spectacular racetrack is built on the site of a World War II Royal Air Force bomber station, which opened in 1943. In 1950, the first ever Formula 1 World Championship race was hosted in Silverstone. Today the Silverstone Circuit is the home of the British Formula 1 Grand Prix.
The rectangular case of the Heuer Silverstone leans in design to the famous Heuer Monaco. Unlike the Monaco, the case of the Silverstone has rounded corners which makes the watch look more harmonious. The magical fumé dial has brown-gray color transitions. It is absolutely stunning to examine this dial especially in the sunlight. Today, the Silverstone is a cult object whose design also fits in perfectly with current fashion trends.
We are proud to offer you the original Vintage Heuer Silverstone from 1974. This watch scores first and foremost with its excellently preserved condition. The stainless steel case has just few signs of wear and the fumé dial is absolutely flawless. This Silverstone was fully serviced in May 2016. The original invoice is available (see pictures). All functions run smoothly.
This vintage Heuer Silverstone 110.313F is a top-notch collector's item especially considering how rare this model is in such good condition today.
The re-edition of the Silverstone by TAG Heuer underlines the importance of this model for the manufactury. But of course the original vintage version remains a more valuable and sought-after watch.
