Rolex Datejust Turn-O-Graph is an important model in the history of Rolex. In 1953, the Turnograph was launched as the first Rolex wristwatch with a rotating bezel. A year later, the Turnograph was integrated into the Datejust collection, whereby the design was changed. The black bezel insert was replaced by a full metal bezel and the date with the cyclops magnifier was attached at 3 o'clock. In addition, the inscsription "Turn-O-Graph" on the dial was replaced by "Datejust". The Rolex Datejust 1625 was presented in 1959 and produced until the mid-1970s. The Datejust 1625 was not only available with a stainless steel case but also in yellow and white gold.

Here we offer you an example from 1960 with a stainless steel case and yellow gold bezel. The champagne "pie-pan" dial is very popular with watch collectors. The shape of the hands is very elegant and has original tritium. The 36mm case of this wristwatch is in great overall condition with minimal signs of wear. The dial has light patina spots that can only be seen under a loupe. The movement of this watch is the caliber 1560, which provides accurate timekeeping.
