This wonderfully preserved Rolex GMT Master 16750 dates back to 1985 and has a beautiful creamy tritium lume in the markers and hands.

The legendary pilot's watch, the Rolex GMT Master, has been continually improved since it was introduced in 1954. Throughout history, there have been several references, all of which mark a particular innovation or improvement. The reference 16750, that is offered here, was first presented in 1981. It was the first Rolex GMT Master to be equipped with a quickset date mechanism. This helpful feature allows the date to be set directly and without having to move the minute and hour hands.

Here we offer you a beautiful specimen from 1985 with a glossy dial and white gold bordered hour markers. These are filled with original tritium, that was never repainted. The beautiful creamy color of the luminescent material was created due to natural aging. It gives the dial a unique and warm look. Even the tritium color in the hands matches the indexes.

The landmark of the Vintage GMT Master is of course the red-blue Pepsi bezel, which together with the red GMT hand shows a second time zone. The bezel is immaculately preserved and has very rich colors. The stainless steel case is greatly preserved and shows only a few signs of wear. The heart of this vintage watch is the Rolex automatic caliber 3075. The movement delivers excellent values on the time machine.
