Heuer Cortina 110233 R

Unique design - exceptional condition

Description
In the mid 70s Heuer decided to add a winter-sports model to its collection and named this Heuer model after a little Italian town called Cortina d’Ampezzo, which is well known for beautiful Ski-resorts. The Heuer Cortina was produced in two different series in the late 1970s and early 1980s. The original Heuer Cortina was published in 1977 and demonstrates some design features that vary from other Heuer models. There were two models available in the first generation. A black-dial version (Reference 110.233 NC) and one with a white dial (110.233 R). If you want to know more about the Heuer Cortina visit the Calibre11 website: https://www.calibre11.com/heuer-cortina

The overall condition of the Heuer Cortina 110.233 R offered here is exceptional. It has the all-white dial with black Roman Numerals. The Cortina is the only mainstream Heuer model of the 1970s to offer Roman Numerals. The hexagonal-shaped stainless steel case is unpolished and shows sharp edges. The white dial is in mint condition. The case has the 100% original crown with the „Heuer“ signing on it. The watch comes with the original stainless steel Heuer bracelet with the „Heuer“ engraving on the flip-lock. The watch is powered by the automatic movement calibre 12.

If you are looking for a special Vintage Heuer watch that differs from all the known „mainstream“ Heuer models, this Heuer Cortina in perfect, unpolished condition is a good choice.
