This Heuer Autavia 113.603 owes its killer look to the black PVD-coated case and the black dial. The Autavia is one of Heuer's most important models and was developed for racing drivers and pilots. Thanks to the robust case, reliable movement and excellent legibility, these tool watches were very popular in the 70s and 80s and are even more today.
Here we offer you a rare Autavia chronograph from 1983. It is one of the last Autavias to be produced under the HEUER brand. After 1985 Heuer was incorporated into TAG-Group SA and the watches logo changed from HEUER to TAG-Heuer.
The PVD-coated stainless steel case creates a special look. The condition of the case is absolutely impressive. It shows hardly any abrasion / wear, which is extremely rare for old PVD-coated wristwatches. The high-contrast dial is flawlessly preserved. The dial has gray sub-registers. The tritium lume has aged to a nice, creamy color. The black bezel is rotatable in one direction and has hardly any scratches. The watch is powered by the Heuer automatic caliber 12, which operates perfectly and keeps time accurately.
The excellent condition, the masculine killer look and the rarity make this Heuer Autavia a special vintage watch for every discerning collector.
