Description
This 1974 Vintage Heuer Silverstone 110.313 is preserved in almost unworn NOS condition and still bears the Heuer sticker on the back. The wristwatch comes with a stainless steel bracelet and a Heuer box.

With the introduction of the Silverstone chronograph in the 1970s, Heuer once again demonstrated its close connection to motorsport by naming the new chronograph after the famous British race track - The Silverstone Circuit. The extraordinary design fascinated watch lovers, which is why this model enjoyed great popularity. The watch was also very popular among well-known Formula 1 greats. The Swiss racing driver Clay Regazzoni owned a blue Heuer Silverstone, which was often spotted on his wrist (see pictures).

Here you can see a super valuable example of a Heuer Silverstone 110.313. Despite its great age, this watch has been preserved in an almost unworn condition. The original manufactory sticker on the case back usually comes off after a relatively short period of time. The present watch still has its sticker attached to the case back. The square case is unpolished and has no scratches.

The Silverstone with a blue dial is the rarest version of the three available colors: blue, burgundy and fumé. The dial of this watch is of course free of scratches, stains or any spots. The original tritium hour markers have a nice creamy color. The watch features white hands, a 30-minute counter, a 12-hour totalizer and a date window. Automatic caliber 12 with the winding crown at 9 o'clock is the heart of this chronograph. All functions operate smoothly, timekeeping is precise.

Another special feature of this Silverstone is the rare vintage stainless steel bracelet. It has a useful extensible clasp that is signed with the Heuer logo. And last but not least, this watch is accompanied by an original red Heuer box. Those boxes are hard to find and change hands for about €1000.

Due to the relatively low production numbers, it is quite difficult to find a well-preserved Silverstone today. This NOS watch with steel bracelet and box leaves nothing to be desired and is waiting for its next proud owner.
