Cyma Divingstar 1500 2.804.005/531 Super-Compressor

Due to their colorful design, the diving watches of the 70s are very popular amongst collectors. This vintage Cyma Divingstar 1500 is a super-compressor watch with a large 43mm case and a striking orange diving bezel.

These diving watches were intended for commercial use and therefore only a few examples have survived in good condition to this day. The watch offered here is almost unworn - an absolute dream condition for a discerning vintage watch collector. Even the remnants of the original sales sticker can still be seen on the case back.

The orange bezel, which is rotatable to both sides, naturally gives this watch an eye-catching look. This goes perfectly with the orange second hand. The black dial is easy to read due to the large hour markers. The tritium luminous material is original in the hands and hour markers. At 12 and 5 o'clock the tritium is not completely preserved. The date window is at 3 o'clock. The black dial surface is absolutely flawless.

The stainless steel case of this Cyma is a super compressor case, which can also be found in other well-known diving watches made by renowned brands such as Longines. The case has razor-sharp edges and is unpolished. The large dimensions 43 x 50 mm ensure a nice presence on the wrist. The watch's serial number is engraved between the lugs at 6 o'clock. The engravings on the case back are deep and clearly legible. The winding crown is screwed down and marked with the Cyma logo. The movement of the Cyma Divingstar is the automatic caliber R.804.00, which runs absolutely perfectly and reliably.

Another highlight of this diving watch is the original vintage stainless steel bracelet from the Swiss bracelet manufacturer NSA. The clasp is signed with the Cyma logo. The bracelet has been preserved in mint condition to match the watch and is very comfortable to wear.
