Favre Leuba Deep Blue 59603 Gray Dial

vintage favre leuba steel bracelet - excellent condition

Description
This beautiful vintage Favre Leuba Deep Blue 59603 is a rare diving watch from the 1960s.

This reference has a gray sunburst dial with long hour markers filled with original tritium. The hands also contain original luminous material, which has remained intact to this day. The second and minute hands have a triangular tip. The acrylic crystal shows few scratches, but the dial is preserved without any scratches or spots. Between 4 and 5 o'clock there is a round window with a date display.

A professional diving watch must of course have a rotating bezel. This Deep Blue has a black Bakelite bezel that can be turned on both sides. The lume triangle at 12 o'clock is original and intact.

The 39mm stainless steel case has only a few natural signs of wear and retained its original profile despite its age of over 50 years. The engravings on the bottom are deep and perfectly visible. The winding crown is original and signed with the Favre Leuba logo. The heart of this watch is the Favre Leuba caliber 1152. The movement has been checked and works perfectly.

This Deep Blue is accompanied by a vintage Favre Leuba stainless steel bracelet, which is very well preserved. The bracelet has a diver extension and sits very comfortably on the wrist.

Overall, an excellently preserved vintage diving watch that has a cool look and is extremely rare.
