Elegant, timeless and cool - this vintage Rolex Date 1500 from 1979 is a beautiful timepiece and a valuable collector's watch.

The case is made of solid 18 carat yellow gold. All gold hallmarks are intact and deep. The case shows slight signs of wear, but the lugs are still sharp. A breathtaking white dial with Roman numerals is protected by the original acrylic crystal. Next to the golden baton hour markers there are small luminous plots made of original tritium. The date under the cyclop's lense is as usual at 3 o'clock. The dial is preserved in pristine condition.

The in-house automatic caliber 1570 is the heart of the Rolex Date. This movement is one of the most reliable movements ever produced. This watch has been checked by us and ensures precise timekeeping.

The Rolex Date 1500 is accompanied by original papers from the year of sale. The watch was sold on December 14, 1980 in Rome, Italy. A beautiful crocodile leather strap with a gold Rolex clasp completes the offer.
