Heuer Monza 150.501 Caliber 15

black pvd case - great condition - attractive look

Description
The original Heuer Monza from the 70s owes its sporty killer look to the PVD-coated case and a nice black dial with red accents.

The Heuer Monza made its first public appearance in 1976 when an example of this chronograph was presented to Niki Lauda as a gift for his Formula 1 world championship title.

The case of the Monza is made of PVD-coated brass and a stainless steel back. The matt black coating gives the watch a very attractive and sporty look. The black dial with its red accents also contributes to the beautiful design of the watch. The sub-dial with small running seconds has an unusual position at 10 o'clock. A 30-minute counter is at 3 o'clock and a date window at 6 o'clock. The combined pulsometer and tachymeter scale is attached to the outer track of the dial.

A great condition makes this Heuer Monza 150.501 a valuable vintage collector's watch. The black dial is immaculately preserved and has original tritium luminous material in the hour markers and hands. The case is unpolished and shows intact PVD coating. The stainless steel case back bears the model name, reference number and serial number of the watch. This Heuer Monza is powered by the Heuer automatic caliber 15. This movement is based on the caliber 11. The position of the crown on the left side of the case is the hallmark of this legendary movement. All functions operate flawlessly.

Due to its cool design and reliable movement, the Heuer Monza is one of the absolute favorites of Heuer vintage collectors. A well-preserved specimen like this one should leave nothing to be desired.
