Description
Wristwatches that display time in multiple time zones have always been something special - not only to enthusiastic travellers. The Patek Philippe World-Timer is probably one of the best and most elegant world time watches ever made. Here we offer you the reference 5130G in white gold which comes from 2011 in its original full set.

The Patek Philippe World-Timer has a long history and undoubtedly belongs to the category of timeless classics. The reference 5130 was introduced at Baselworld 2006 and was produced for 10 years until it was replaced by the reference 5230.

The silver-white dial has a unique design and consists of three components. The white outer ring shows 24 cities, each representing a time zone. The 24-time zone ring with day/night indication. And the silver surface with sunburst finish inside the dial with the words "Patek Philippe Genève".

The case measures 39.5mm in diameter and is made of solid 18 carat white gold. The shape of the lugs with integrated crown guards ensure a harmonious overall appearance. The watch is powered by the complicated Patek Philippe caliber 240 HU. The beautiful automatic movement is fully visible thanks to the sapphire case back.

This exceptional wristwatch is very easy to use. Here an example: Let's say we are in London. The hour and minute hands indicate the local time and "London" can be seen written on the top at 12 o'clock. Thanks to the colored day-night display of the 24-hour ring, you can also see whether it is 9 am or 9 pm. Suppose we are flying from London to Moscow and want to set the time. We press the button at 10 o'clock 3 times. The city ring, the 24-hour ring with day/night displays and the hour hand move. After 3 clicks, "Moscow" is written at 12 o'clock and the local time is displayed correctly. Absolutely fascinating mechanics that are easy to use. Of course, the time in all 24 time zones can be read using the city ring and the 24-hour day/night display without pushing the button.

The offered world timer is accompanied by its original full set. The excerpt from the Patek Philippe archive shows the sale date which is January 18, 2011. A presentation box, an outer box, leather warranty holder, manual and other original brochures are included in the set. The watch is equipped with an elegant Patek Philippe alligator leather strap. The folding clasp is made of 18 carat white gold and shows the distinctive Calatrava cross.

The excellent overall condition makes this Patek a first-class collector's item. The dial is free of any imperfections. The case has hardly any signs of wear.

This Patek Philippe World Timer is a beautiful wristwatch. The elegance of Patek Philippe is present in every detail of this timepiece. A timeless classic in a wonderful collector's condition.
