Heuer Skipper 15640

perfect dial - cool and sporty look - the last skipper

Description
This cool 80s Heuer Skipper 15640 is one of the last Heuer Vintage chronographs in the large automatic Autavia case.

The yachting chronograph Skipper is one of Heuer's most recognizable models with its large red, white and blue sub-dial at 3 o'clock. This countdown timer is divided into three five-minute intervals and makes it easier for its wearer to easily track the start of regattas.

This watch is a later version of the Skipper with a slightly larger case and mineral crystal. The watch is powered by the Heuer caliber 15. A special feature of this caliber is the small running seconds sub-dial at 10 o'clock. The Skipper also has a date display at 6 o'clock. The 42mm cushion case looks sporty on the wrist. The black bezel only rotates counter-clockwise.
