The Heuer Monaco with its large square case and blue and white dial is the epitome of the extraordinary retro design of the 1970s. The fact that TAG Heuer is still reissuing this model today proves that the design was far ahead of its time. The first Heuer Monaco was made in 1969 and featured the automatic Caliber 11 movement. A little later, in 1972, the manual-wound version offered here was introduced with the Valjoux 7736. The manual-wound reference 73663 is even rarer than the automatic Monaco reference 1133.
This exotic chronograph features three white sub-dials that provide a striking contrast on the blue background. Red accents can be found in the hands and hour markers.
The watch looks very stylish on the wrist and is comfortable to wear.
