Description
This Tudor Oysterdate 94300 owes its striking look to the thick big-block case and the exotic three-register dial with black and orange color combination.

The present watch was manufactured in 1982 and comes in a full set. On the original Tudor warranty you can see the place of sale Kapuskasing, Ontario, Canada and the date of sale May 25, 1988. In addition to the original Tudor box there is a hangtag signed with the serial and reference number, a warranty translation and service invoices from 1991 and 2020.

The intricate black dial features orange accents and is also known as Monte-Carlo due to its exotic appearance. In addition to the three subdials, the Oysterdate also features a date display that can be set directly with the crown using the quick-set mechanism. The crown and the caseback bear typical Rolex engravings, which on the one hand underlines Tudor's affiliation with Rolex and on the other hand stands for high quality standard of this watch.

The chronograph is powered by the Valjoux 7750 automatic caliber, which was responsible for making the case of this Tudor Montecarlo thicker compared to its predecessors. Hence the nickname "Big Block".
