The Panda version of the Heuer Carrera from the 1960s is considered the most beautiful and sought-after manual-wound Carrera.
The reference 2447SN was introduced in 1968 and was the first Carrera with different colors in the sub-registers and on the main dial. The Panda version here features a silver dial with black sub-registers. It is estimated that less than 400 examples of the reference 2447SN were produced. It is sometimes referred to as "Big Eyes", because it has larger sub-registers than the tachymeter and decimal scale versions. Without the scales on the dial edge, there was more room available.
On the wrist, the Carrera offers a very aesthetic and contrasting look. The original Gay-Frères bracelet is a super rare accessory from the 1960s. Thanks to its flexible links, it sits very comfortably on the wrist and looks very fine.
