The Heuer Autavia 73663 BUND from the 70's is one of the most favored Autavia versions thanks to its beautiful military look.

This Heuer Autavia belongs to the cushion-shaped manual-wind Autavias, which were produced in the 70s in much smaller numbers than the automatic version. The use of the manual-wind Valjoux 7736 caliber allowed for a flatter case, because the automatic caliber 11/12/14/15 movements were deeper due to their complexity.

The large green Arabic hour numerals on the black dial are filled with green tritium luminous material for a contrasting and striking look. The white hands also have the matching luminous material. The pilote style second hand emphasizes the military character of this chronograph.

Condition report
Dial: flawless - original and intact tritium hour numerals - old luminous material in hands - signed "SWISS".

Case: very good condition - normal signs of wear - intact shape of the lugs - visible numbers between the lugs - original signed winding crown.

Movement: manual-wind caliber Valjoux 7736 in great condition.

A rare, honestly preserved vintage chronograph powered by the popular and robust Valjoux movement and featuring a striking military dial.
