From the first sight of this yellow gold Piaget with blue lapis lazuli dial and extravagant yellow gold bracelet, you realize: this watch is something special.

Lapis lazuli, also known as glaze stone, is a deep blue natural rock that has been used as a gemstone for 7000 years, making it one of the oldest known gemstones. The dial of this 1990s watch is made of a high quality lapis lazuli and has a rich navy blue coloration with fine golden glittering pyrite particles, which are considered proof of authenticity.

This rare and prized gemstone is present not only in the dial, but also in every single bracelet link. The gold and blue color combination is stunning and gives the watch a luxurious look.

This Piaget has sophisticated design features such as the fine multi-stepped bezel or the exotic fluted lugs of the 18k yellow gold case. The elegant dial features Roman numerals at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock, applied gold hour markers and gold dauphine hands. At 3 o'clock is the date window with beautiful yellowish patinated date disc.
