This Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar 5557CA is much more than just a timepiece. The perpetual calendar dates back to the early 1980s and has an octagonal white gold case with a stepped yellow gold bezel. On the satin gray dial, the date, month and day of the week are displayed in the distinctive sub-registers with golden rings. The blue metallic hands in the sub-dials take on different shades of blue depending on the incidence of light. The moon phase is located at 6 o'clock.
