This vintage Longines 30CH chronograph dates from the early 1950s and features a rare salmon dial.
The fascinating multi-scale dial captivates with its combination of a snail tachymeter scale in the center and a telemeter scale on the outer edge. The two sub-dials, the black Arabic numerals and the fine minute scale ensure a harmonious balance and good legibility.
The salmon-colored dial stands out particularly well in the 38 mm stainless steel case with a narrow bezel. The artfully graduated lugs are rare and emphasize the elegant design of the chronograph.
Inside beats the legendary and reliable Longines 30CH flyback chronograph movement. Of particular note is the very rare version with an unengraved bridge, a feature found only on the earliest models with serial numbers beginning with "7".
Thanks to its excellent condition, its iconic caliber and its charismatic, extremely rare salmon dial, this example embodies a unique collector's watch that combines historical significance with timeless beauty. An exceptional opportunity for lovers of rare vintage chronographs.
