The Heuer Silverstone is more than just a watch - it's an experience. With its cherry-red dial and distinctive case shape, it attracts attention almost magnetically. Its exceptionally well-preserved condition adds to the appeal of an already rare vintage chronograph.
In 1974, Heuer introduced the Silverstone, a model that was as innovative as it was iconic. Inspired by the legendary Silverstone racetrack in Northamptonshire, England, its design is similar to the iconic Monaco, but reinterprets it with softer, more fluid lines. The square case with rounded corners creates a graceful, flowing silhouette, giving the watch a character all its own.
The Silverstone was offered with three dial colors: Blue (B), Fumé (F) and Red (R). While the blue version is well known, the red version - as shown here - is by far the rarest. Depending on the light, its color shifts between Bordeaux, cherry red and deep wine. The white print and the original tritium lume contrast with the rich red of the dial.
A collector's piece of rare beauty - bold in expression and deeply rooted in the motorsport-inspired design era of the 1970s.
