This gold Heuer Carrera Ref. 1158 CH from the 1970s is the luxurious interpretation of one of the most legendary automatic chronographs in watchmaking history. While the Carrera line is best known for its sporty clarity and functional design, this execution clearly stands apart thanks to its solid gold case and refined champagne dial. As a result, it is today considered one of the rarest and most desirable versions of the Carrera.

The watch is powered by the Calibre 11, one of the very first automatic chronograph movements ever produced. This technical milestone marked a turning point in horological history and stands as a symbol of Heuer’s innovative spirit during that era.

The dial is preserved in an exceptional near-perfect condition. Its fine vertical brushing adds remarkable depth, while the black inlays of the applied indices create an elegant contrast and enhance legibility. The harmonious color palette radiates a restrained yet confident elegance that perfectly complements the gold case.
