Particularly attractive is the original dial with its large Arabic numerals and original radium luminous material. The elegant cathedral hands also retain their matching original luminous material. The finely designed chapter ring together with the small seconds at 6 o’clock give the watch a very harmonious and detailed appearance. Over the decades, the dial has developed a beautiful and even patina that perfectly enhances its authentic vintage character.
The elegant 33 mm case with its relatively wide bezel features very balanced and aesthetic proportions.
Inside operates the Longines Caliber 12.68 Z – one of the finest and highest-quality manual-winding movements Longines ever produced. The finishing and still impressive accuracy make this movement especially respected among collectors.
