Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Mariner 563-42

unusual 1970s style - perfect case - box and papers

Description
This almost unworn Jaeger LeCoultre Master Mariner 563-42 features a typical 1970s design. The unusual case shape makes for a fancy and at the same time elegant appearance. Originally, Jaeger LeCoultre promoted the Master Mariner as the watch of sea captains, hence the model name.

This Master Mariner comes with the original JLC box and the warranty certificate from 1991. The watch was sold on 25 July 1991. The case has hardly any traces of usage. On the case back all engravings have remained sharp.

The dial wording "T - SWISS MADE - T" at 6 o'clock indicates the use of tritium. The lume in the hour markers and hands is original. The date display is at 3 o'clock. The movement of this watch is the caliber 883 by Jaeger LeCoultre, which runs flawlessly in all functions.
