SoldThe high-contrast look is created thanks to the bright sub-dials on the black main dial. The originally white sub registers have aged evenly showing today a light-creamy patina. The outer 700-units-per-hour tachymeter scale has the same matching patina. The long hour markers developed an authentic, light greenish patina to match the tritium color in the hands. The chronograph seconds hand is orange.
With its 38mm diameter and flat cushion shape, the stainless steel case creates a sporty, elegant look on the wrist. The winding crown bears the Omega logo and the case back features the seahorse symbol along with the model name "SEAMASTER".
Another special thing of this watch is the Omega manual-wound caliber 861. The same movement was used in the legendary Speedmaster Moonwatch. It is one of the most reliable movements of its time.
Condition report
Dial: flawless, matching creamy patina in the sub registers and tachymeter scale, slight signs of aging at 8 o'clock, original matching tritium lume in hands and hour markers, dial signed "T SWISS MADE T".
Case: great condition, intact sunburst finish, no visible signs of wear, reference 146.016-68 engraved inside the back.
