They communicated promptly and clearly even with an 8 hour time difference. The conversations were always customer centric and he tried to help every step of the way. But, most importantly the quality of the watches were first rate. They were excellent vintage pieces. Watchpool has a very good selection and they get new watches all the time. It can be a bit uncomfortable wiring $25,000+ USD to an overseas company with the promise of sending you a couple of watches. Well, don't worry. They delivered and communicated throughout the process. They were pretty quick to get the watch placed with the overnight carrier and tracking the package was simple.

Two examples of how Valery and Watchpool's character jump out at me that I would like to share. First, I was talking about a third watch and asking questions when Valery told me "This watch isn't the same quality as your other watches. You should probably pass on this one". It was a $7,500 watch and he told me not to buy it. What seller does that?

Secondly, when FedEx had tariff questions, after I had already received the watch, Valery interjected, communicated with FedEx and the issue was resolved. Only an excellent company is responsive with a tariff issue post delivery of the watch. Valery could have left me to try and figure it out with FedEx, but he didn't he talked their language and the issue went away.

Not this is not a paid review. This is just my experience. This was a first rate experience with fair pricing and honest communication.

I can absolutely and highly recommend this dealer in Munich. Specialized in vintage and non-vintage watches. Friendliness, punctuality, speed, customer care... I purchased a very special Heuer Bund... very rare which presented a problem right away, after exchanging messages Valery (my very kind contact) advised me, given the distance, (Italy) to take it for an overhaul at my trusted watchmaker.
