The basic rules of buying and selling on wP24

• A commitment made on this platform is ALWAYS binding!
• Trading in goods which are stolen, fake or falsified in any way is prohibited. The description of the goods which are offered for sale must always be truthful and complete.
• Any wishes regarding the processing of the transaction which differ from the seller's specifications should be agreed with the seller BEFORE you bid for the goods.
• After a successfully completed auction please contact the buyer or seller as quickly as possible so that the transaction can be completed.
• Make sure that the atmosphere during contact with trading partners is friendly and polite.
• Please don't forget that internationally the processing of transactions can vary from region to region (currency, transport, customs regulations and import regulations on brand or species protection).
• If a problem with the other party in a transaction can't be solved please inform wP24 support.
• Do not pass on information about the contents of this platform to third parties outside of the trade.
• Make sure that no one else knows your access data. Please note that you are responsible for any misuse of your account.
• If you have any suggestions for improvement or criticism please don't hesitate to inform us.

Please note that members who break these rules may be excluded from the platform for the protection of the other members!
